Workshop
Many approaches to leadership focus on the theoretical concepts leaving individuals to attempt to translate theory into practice.
This workshop provides attendees with the practical answers to how to behave on a moment by moment basis to be a leader. The workshop is based on extensive research into what individuals want from their leaders together with research into how to lead. The course is led by Bill Docherty who is an acknowledged leader.
The workshop is interactive and attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the thinking processes of a leader and the direct actions they require to take to be able to lead.
The 3.5 hour workshop costs £2500 + VAT.
In depth team leadership to create a super team
This programme involves carrying out a variety of assessment tools relating to the make up of the team. The external and internal view of the team and its performance. With this information the leader will know where to concentrate on developing the team and the leaders own capabilities.
An appropriate team building event could be incorporated into the process if considered appropriate.
One on one leadership mentoring following on from the assessment will be included to accelerate the creation of a super team.
