Individual executive coaching
Many people have developed excellent technical skills in their chosen profession yet they find their progress is barred for none technical reasons typically because they have a lack of business presence, confidence or leadership skills.
We provide an executive coaching programme of 4 x 2 hour sessions which will provide the individual with:
- Business presence
- Confidence
- Leadership skills
The cost of each 2 hour session is £600 + VAT and the total cost would therefore be £2400 + VAT for the course.
Team Executive Coaching
We provide a variety of team diagnostic tools including 360 degree feedback, analysis of team performance against expected team performance which are based on the TMSDI tools.

These diagnostic tools provide the basis for interventions to improve team performance on an individual and team basis and are particularly useful when setting up new teams or changing dysfunctional teams.
