Sue, is CIPD qualified in training and development and has 25 years experience as a top EA/PA. She is available for one to one coaching for your EAs/PAs and secretaries or for bespoke classroom training at your offices to train your secretaries and EAs/PAs to the highest standard required for exceeding expectations and for adding value to your organisations.
Sue is also a motivational speaker for PAs/EAs and secretaries and regularly speaks at The Times Creme Exhibition and conference as well as other public conferences. Sue is also available for presenting at your internal PA/EA conferences.
Sue has presented in Cyprus, Belfast, around the UK and will be speaking in Dubai in June and Australia in late 2008.

Sue is currently writing a book called "The Definitive Personal/Executive Assistant and Secretarial Handbook" which has been branded by The Times and published by Kogan Page. Sue has received replies from her questionnaire from personal/executive assistants and secretaries from all over the world and the results will be found in the book which will be launched at the Times Creme Exhibition at the Manchester GMex on 26/27 November 2008.
